Shipping policy

Shipping is based off of weight. Once usps, FedEx or ups has your package it is out of our hands. When it comes to delivery dates, they may not be always accurate, due to shipping Carriers. If package gets lost in shipping, you need to file a claim with the mail carrier. Please also reach out to us at kmuniqueboutique2020@gmail so we can look into the situation and see we what we can do for you. This will be on a case to case bases.
